Penlon, Penmon
Janet has become finely attuned to her surroundings of the changing seasons on Anglesey. She paints intuitively, adjusting composition and colour while working on several pieces at a time. Her inspiration comes from living in the place that she loves.

Pentre Berw
My oil paintings are usually inspired by nature, sometimes via the medium of photography. This series of paintings tends to zoom in on the subject, creating an abstract quality.
Open throughout the year by prior appointment.

Llanddona
Born in Cheshire and recently moved to Anglesey I am inspired by anything in nature; landscapes, seascapes, trees, animals and birds. I work with watercolour and oils, pencil and ink. Commissions include portraits and illustrative work. I am a qualified garden designer.

The Drive
Hand painted shopping bags or framed pictures, your photograph and pets name make super birthday or special presents for anyone 3 years to 103 years. Anglesey is a beautiful island with local views very popular. My bags have been sent all over the world, Brazil to Australia, Portsmouth to Preston.

Lanfwrog
I paint local landscapes to develop themes, mostly surrounding issues of identity. My recent work has become increasingly figurative with trips further afield inspiring new directions. I dabble in film making too.
Open throughout the year by prior appointment.

20 Castle Street
Working from my seaside studio and gallery in Beaumaris, I am a jewellery designer/maker who works in ceramic beads, sea glass, silver and gold. Recently relocated, you can now find me, along with Jane Fairbairn, on the Beaumaris High Street. I also stock jewellery made by other established designers based on Anglesey and North Wales.

Llandyfrydog
My work could be described as a glimpsed collage of life. I filter out a selection of information and apply the images to a static surface which becomes a place of contemplation. I make reference to texts and stories from a broad tradition. I regularly make reference to biblical narratives.

I’m a self taught artist, only painting seriously the last 5/6 years. I paint mainly dogs and buildings. I paint in acrylics, either thinning like watercolour or thick depending on what I’m painting. I take commissions.

Penmon
Jane is an artist working at her studio in Penmon. Her watercolour paintings and drawings are a celebration of a love of nature, enriched by living on Anglesey with its breathtaking beauty and diversity of wildlife.
Open throughout the year by prior appointment.

Caffi Siop Mechell is a community run cafe, hosting quarterly art exhibitions. Currently, Jackie Priestman shows paintings inspired by the sea near her home in Moelfre.
Open throughout the year by prior appointment.

After running an art gallery for 9 years, I have allowed myself the chance to play. Daily beachcombing offers endless possibilities. I use sea-worn slate, rusty metal, china fragments, resulting in sculpture, mosaic and animation PLUS an installation inspired by the demolition in 2012 of boatmen’s sheds at Gallows Point, Beaumaris.

Penmon
Susanna and Phil Callaghan are artists in wood and stone, also creating abstract mixed media images. Their work is inspired by the beautiful land and seascapes, wildlife and extraordinary light and space of Anglesey and North Wales.
